Role Overview

Area Sales Manager

What Youll Do:

• Manage and grow retail distribution within your assigned territory
• Meet monthly sales targets and report performance metrics
• Onboard new retailers, distributors, and channel partners
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Provide market feedback to the leadership team for product improvements

Requirements:

• 13 years of experience in construction, paint and sanitary sales or channel development
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability
• Two-wheeler/Four-Wheeler (with valid license)
• Basic understanding of reporting tools (Excel, WhatsApp, etc.)
