Role & responsibilities To Ensure Town Coverage Expansion as per the AOP. To Ensure the Outlet Expansion. Coverage Efficiency & Effectiveness. Achieve planned AOP Volume and develop the team for achieving numbers. To Ensure Volume Achievement of Focus Product(Musterd , Ground nut , Nuggets) Active Involvement in Sales & Operation plan for Area and assisting RSM to implement and sales & Operation mechanism. To Ensure Forecast Accuracy of Sales numbers. To implement Channel Program Management(Dealer/Retailer/DSM Engagement Programmes) Instumental in New product Launch - Planning, Launch, Execution & Tracking. Preferred candidate profile Education Any Graduate with master degree in sales preferred Experience 5yrs + within the FMCG Industry.
