Hiring # Helpdesk engineer Exp : Fresher Budget upto 2.40 LPA Mandatory : CCNA / CCNP Certification Role & responsibilities a. The shift timings would be 9 hours and would be rotational as per the duty roster created by their reporting manager b. There will be six days of working and one day of week-off which would be rotational c. Candidates if available must be ready for a f2f interview in our office premises. Position Summary Objective To operate and maintain Managed Services Network Infrastructure and follow day-to-date requests and incidents in line with business requirements. Our support group is looking for a Wireless Network Engineer with a passion for wireless technology and mobile solutions. We are looking for someone to join our growing team that is responsible for supporting one of the largest and most rapidly growing 802.11 networks Primary functions of position: 1. Provide network escalation support for critical and complex network issues. 2. Troubleshoot networking, routing and interconnectivity issues, including troubleshooting of network device configuration and low-level application interaction. 3. Partner with our broader Operations Technology organization to reduce operational burden. 4. Monitor and manage technical communications during large-scale events. 5. Be a part of support organization that provides 24x7 escalation support on a rotation basis. Some night and week end support may be required. 6. Dive Deep on the high severity incidents and participate in root cause analysis. 7. Drive standards across the network and ensure that we are fully compliant to those standards and policies. 8. Deliver simple, sustainable and repeatable solutions and processes for field teams and centralized support groups. 9. Work closely with our Network Engineering teams to ensure fast, smooth roll-out of new designs and products. 10. Create and review documentation and processes, new standard operating procedures, knowledge transfer material. 11. Develop and maintain change templates. 12. Follow the existing change policies and create, review and execute complex changes. 13. Automate select network administration tasks by building new solutions, either through existing tools and methods or new ones. 14. Support organizational transformation from reactive to proactive with focus on predictive solutions and metric Essential: 1. Very thorough understanding of NMS and Service Desk tools. 2. Routing Registry knowledge - RIPE . 3. In-depth knowledge of various vendors roaming algorithms. 4. Expert knowledge of Cisco unified infrastructure in large scale deployments. 5. In-depth knowledge of 802.11 protocols. - Cisco CCNA or CCNP-Wireless. 6. Basic knowledge in virtualization (VMware, Cisco UCS, Vcloud Director). 7. DHCP, WINS, Tacacs, SNMP. 8. Excellent knowledge of Network protocols. 9. Knowledge of Configuration of Wireless Controllers and Access Points. 10. Knowledge of Wi-Fi NMS and Network Analytics tools. 11.
