Hiring: Area Sales Manager (ASM) Electrical Products
Location: Madhya Pradesh (Key Focus: SagarDamoh, UjjainIndore, TikamgarhChattarpur)
Role: Channel & Retail Sales Wires, Cables, Modular Switches & Accessories Job Type: Full-time | Field-based
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth through dealer/distributor network & retail sales.Appoint, manage & develop channel partners across assigned territories.Promote product lines, new launches & special offers to boost visibility.Conduct competitor mapping & track market activities.Build & maintain strong dealer/retailer/channel relationships.Achieve sales targets, monitor receivables & ensure timely collections.Prepare sales forecasts & reports to track performance vs. targets.
Requirements:Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred).Experience: 4 to 6 years in Wires, Cables, Electrical or Modular Accessories industry.Must show job stability (minimum 2 years in last two companies).Strong interpersonal, negotiation & communication skills (English + local language).Ability to independently manage multiple districts.
Bike & valid license required. Compensation: Best in industry (no bar for the right candidate).
