Education: Bachelor s D egree in Engineering Experience: Minimum 6 years in a similar sales role, preferably in the Earthing Lightning Protection , E lectrical, or E nergy S ector CTC Range: 8 10 LPA Duties and Responsibilities : Drive sales of Earthing, External Lightning Protection, and SPDs within the assigned region, building strong relationships with MEP consultants, architects, and clients. Develop technical and commercial expertise to sell ELP products, engage with key stakeholders, and understand the customer s buying process across various industries . Manage key accounts, create action plans, and drive growth by identifying opportunities and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure optimal product positioning. Oversee the complete sales cycle, including vendor assessment, payment processing, and collecting customer feedback to shape business strategies.
