Job Description

As a Senior Area Sales Manager specializing in Hospital Sales, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned targets within your designated area. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify sales opportunities, collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional strategies, and building strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and procurement teams. Your duties will also include business development activities such as identifying and onboarding new clients, promoting products effectively within the hospital segment, and maintaining solid relationships with key accounts like hospital administrators and purchase managers. You will be expected to negotiate contracts and pricing with hospital management, address client concerns promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. In addition, you will need to have a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio, provide product training to the sales team and healthcare professionals as needed, and stay informed about competitor products and market positioning. Monitoring sales performance, generating reports and forecasts for senior management, and assessing the effectiveness of promotional campaigns will be essential tasks to drive success in this role. Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards, as well as maintaining accurate documentation of sales activities and client interactions, will be crucial. You will also be responsible for gathering market intelligence on competitors, pricing strategies, and emerging trends, and providing valuable feedback to the product development and marketing teams for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. An analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting and data analysis is essential, along with a good knowledge of the healthcare sector and hospital procurement processes. This role will be based primarily in Mumbai at CHub Town Solaris, with additional locations possible as needed.,
