Plan, create and review MJP, DCP to improve territory coverage and frequency of calls at Pharmacies and general trade outletsTracking and improving outlet throughput by Ensuring visibility, merchandising, availabilityEnsuring Implementation of SOP and company guidelines at DistributorsMonitoring Distribution Channel Hygiene / Market HygieneIdentifying, developing and servicing Key Accounts (KAM) for the businessPlan, implement and review promotional schemes/ offers with stakeholdersCo-ordination & Liaising with Brand Team/ Trade Marketing team/ Sales-OperationPlan, implement and review promotional schemes/ offers with stakeholdersTrain & coach the team to utilize maximum potential of individualsConduct unbiased and transparent Performance review with team members- Monthly, Quarterly and YearlyTranslate the national objectives in individual/ team/ customer objectives and actions to achieve growth and profit targets.Focus on retaining employees through motivation and team building

The Successful Applicant

A successful Area Sales Manager should have:

• Mandatory MBA degree from Tier 2/3 batches
• Minimum 8+ years of post MBA experience
• Mandatory 2-3 years of experience in handling Delhi market
• General Trade Sales experience with OTC/Chemist channel exposure
• 4=5 years of Executive/Area Manager experience
