Job description Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) Location: Chandigarh, Meerut , Bathinda Department: Sales/ Channel sales Reports To: Area Sales Manager / State Head Adeeva Technologies is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead Channel Sales & Distribution efforts in Chandigarh, Meerut and Bathinda . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in Telecom, Finance, Mobile Finance, NBFC, Fintech, or the Handset Industry. Role & Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategies to drive expansion and revenue growth. * Build and maintain a strong distribution channel in the assigned area. * Establish and nurture relationships with key retailers. * Exhibit effective leadership skills to manage and motivate sales teams. * Focus on expanding the channel distributor network. * Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and KPIs. Experience & Qualifications * 5-6 years of experience in Channel Sales & Distribution. * Preferably from Telecom, Finance, Mobile Finance, NBFC, Fintech, or Handset Industry. * Strong knowledge of retail sales, distributor networks, and revenue growth strategies. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. * Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
