Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Nagpur HQ for the position of ASM- FMCG (Food & Non-Food division) at Sri Sri Tattva. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, spearheading entire operations for promoting products, achieving business goals and increasing sales growth in both retail & channel sales across all products of primary & secondary markets for the geographical regions of Nagpur HQ
• Responsibilities also include evaluating the performance of distributors & monitoring retail sales

Qualifications

• Experience in the Food & Beverage industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Spearheading entire operations for promoting products, achieving business goals and increasing sales growth in both retail & channel sales across all products of primary & secondary markets for the geographical regions of Nagpur HQ
• 10+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing in FMCG (Food and Non-Food division)
• Evaluating the performance of distributors & monitoring retail sales
• Experience handling company depot, superstockiest, distributors, substockiest, etc
