1. Identify, connect, and establish relationships with clinicians in critical care by visiting their clinics/hospitals2. Promote critical care products, services, and tests to healthcare professionals3. Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on critical care products, services, and tests4. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote critical care products, services, and tests5. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral and promotional campaigns6. Provide feedback to product development teams on customer needs and preferences7. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals8. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.9. Analyzing competitors' performance to safeguard and further promote our position in the market.What are we looking in you?
1. A degree completed in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacy, microbiology, or an adjacent field is preferred2. Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on critical care products, services, and tests3. Strong knowledge of critical care products, services, and tests4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team6. Strong organizational and time management skills7. Ability to travel frequently8. Outstanding verbal and written communication.9. Goal-oriented, committed, and relentless approach to work.10. Interested in understanding and sharing medical innovations.11. Strong connections with top clinicians in his/her region.
