Location: Orissa

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement area-specific sales strategies.
• Appoint and manage distributors and retailers within the Orissa area.
• Drive sales performance and achieve targets for the assigned area.
• Manage and develop the GT business within the territory.
• Provide market feedback and insights to the regional sales team.
• Ensure effective product placement and visibility in retail outlets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar sales role.
• Experience in the ayurvedic, welness, skincare, personal care, beauty, or cosmetic industry.
• Demonstrated ability to appoint and manage distributors and retailers.
• Experience in starting sales operations from scratch is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
