Job Description

Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets in the assigned area.
Territory Management: Conduct market analysis, identify opportunities, and allocate resources effectively.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
Collaboration: Work with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to align efforts.
Problem-Solving: Address customer complaints and resolve operational challenges promptly.
