Area Manager for Karnataka

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 10-12 years

• Own sales and profitability targets for the Karnataka region across all channels, including EBO, MBO and LFR accounts, and track performance against plan
• Manage and grow relationships with MBO retailers and LFR chains, and expanding the brand's footprint in the region
• Lead, coach and review store managers and store teams, ensuring strong store operations, customer service and brand standards
• Ensure stock availability, replenishment, visual merchandising and brand visibility, working closely with the supply chain and merchandising teams
• Track sales, competitor activity and market trends, and share regular MIS and insights with senior management

Must have: Apparel retail background, with experience handling MBO and LFR preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
