Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and manage our sales operations across a defined territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automobile spare parts industry and a proven track record of managing distributors, increasing sales volumes, and building strong market presence. Key Responsibilities: Appoint and manage distributors across assigned region Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through channel partners Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with business goals Conduct regular market visits to ensure effective coverage and support Track and monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and order flow Train and motivate field sales teams/distributors on product knowledge and sales techniques Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback Ensure timely collections and maintain credit discipline
