HiCare Protective Wear Pvt. Ltd. manufactures industrial protective clothing, including Arc Flash Suits, Fire Fighting Suits, FR/IFR Workwear and other specialised protective garments.

*Role Overview*

We are looking for a Area Sales Manager to grow sales across the assigned region, develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with industrial customers and channel partners. The role requires a proactive sales professional who can understand customer requirements and manage opportunities from initial enquiry to order closure.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Identify and acquire new customers across industrial sectors.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and expand HiCare’s regional presence.

- Build and maintain relationships with safety professionals, procurement teams, distributors and dealers.

- Conduct customer visits, product presentations and requirement discussions.

- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotations and proposals.

- Manage follow-ups, negotiations and order closures.

- Track market trends, competitor activity and new business opportunities.

- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports.

- Coordinate payment follow-ups and support customer satisfaction.

- Represent HiCare at exhibitions, industry events and client meetings.

*Candidate Requirements*

- Graduation in any discipline.

- 2–4 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales.

- Experience in PPE, industrial safety products, protective clothing or related sectors preferred.

- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage a sales territory independently and build lasting customer relationships.

- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
