Job Title: Area Sales Manager Reporting to: Regional Manager/Business Head Location: Noida (with coverage of Western Uttar Pradesh) Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We're seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Noida and Western Uttar Pradesh. As an Area Sales Manager at NDTH Energy, you'll be responsible for training and supervising your team, achieving targets, and expanding our customer base. Key Responsibilities: 1. Organize and distribute targets to the team regionally 2. Monitor daily performances, provide feedback, and guidance for improvement 3. Ensure target achievement and conduct regular meetings with the team 4. Recruit, train, and induct new team members 5. Accompany team members on customer visits and product demonstrations 6. Identify new business opportunities and customers 7. Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends 8. Analyze market situation and potential 9. Monitor competitors and market dynamics Skills and Qualifications: 1. Commercial background knowledge 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills 3. Excellent organization and planning skills 4. Ability to motivate and delegate tasks Requirements: 1. Graduate in Marketing or a business-related field 2. 7-10 years of experience in direct selling industry 3. Profound knowledge of MS Office 4.
