Job Description

Responsible for
sales and business development
of the
Flooring Division
across assigned territories.
Drive secondary sales through
dealers, distributors, architects, and interior designers
.
Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and unexplored markets.
Achieve
monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
as per the company plan.
Manage and strengthen the existing
channel network
(distributors, retailers, influencers).
Work closely with
marketing and product teams
to execute campaigns, launches, and product displays.
Conduct
market research and competitor analysis
to understand pricing and positioning trends.
Ensure timely
collection of payments
and maintain strong business relationships.
Provide feedback to the
Product Head
on market performance, product demand, and new trends.
Train and guide channel partners and sales promoters on product features and selling points.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate / MBA preferred.
812 years of relevant experience in
flooring, laminates, or decorative building materials
.
Strong dealer & distributor network across India.
Proven record in
channel sales and project business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively Pan India.
