Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and manage distributors/dealers.
  • Conduct farmer meetings, cattle camps, and promotional activities.
  • Build strong relationships with farmers, vets, and channel partners.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
  • Ensure timely order booking, stock management, and collections.
  • Provide regular sales reports and territory updates.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of cattle feed, dairy industry, or rural markets.
  • Ability to travel extensively and work independently.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Animal Husbandry, or related field.
  • 5- 8 years of sales experience in cattle feed or agro-based products.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
