Job Description

As a Sales Manager, your role involves conducting market surveys and organizing activities such as Farmer group meetings, Dairy activities, and Door-to-Door campaigns. You will be responsible for managing a sales team of two to three juniors, fostering their development to take on future responsibilities. Your primary objective is to achieve commercial goals, including sales figures, with the support of your team. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market surveys and gather relevant data. - Organize and oversee Farmer group meetings, Dairy activities, and Door-to-Door campaigns. - Manage a sales team, providing guidance and support for their professional growth. - Work towards achieving commercial goals, especially sales targets, in collaboration with your team. - Identify and appoint new Distributors and sub-distributors, as well as Point of Sales locations, with the assistance of your team. - Guide your teammates in implementing competitive market activities like posters and wall paintings. - Collaborate with your immediate manager to define future growth plans for the team. - Attend technical trainings and participate in monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales reviews. Qualifications Required: - Master's degree preferred. Experience: - 1 year of experience in Account Management, Sales, and Management roles.
