Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue within assigned areas.
• Develop channel partners, broker networks, and client pipelines.
• Conduct site visits, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Track market trends and competitor activities.
• Build long–term client and developer relationships.

• Proven experience in real estate sales/channel sales.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Networking capabilities with a target–driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently with startup agility.
