We are super stockist of spare parts of almost all two wheeler and four wheeler companies in India like Honda, TVS, Bajaj, Hero, Royal Enfield, Maruti Suzuki, Volkswagen, Mahindra, Hyundai etc. We are dealing in automobile industry from last 40 years with headquarter located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Department:- Sales & Business Development - Royal Enfield Spare Parts

Basic Eligibility Criteria:-

• Applicant must be native or permanent resident of Gorakhpur, U.P.
• min 2-4 yrs of work experience in Field Sales & Business Development in Auto Spare Parts OR FMCG products OR Medical Equipment OR any other products. *Note:- Experience in service industry i'e Finance/Loan, Recovery, Bank, NBFC will not be considered for interview.
• Must have own Bike and valid Driving License.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales & Marketing will prefer.

Job profile:- Field sales of Royal Enfield spare parts to wholesalers, distributors, retailers, garage & mechanics.

Job role and responsibilities:-

• Sales of spare parts to wholesaler, distributor, retailer, mechanics etc.
• Negotiate the price and close the deal and get order from existing customers and assign new ones for business development.
• Visiting the area assigned to you by the Senior Reporting Manager on a regular basis.
• Regular attending the review meeting with sales reports on time in hour head office.
• Achieve sales targets on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Remunerations & benefits:-

CTC per month:- Rs.20,000-Rs.25,000/- pm + min Rs.5,000-Rs.8,000/- pm (Incentives) + Benefits:- min Rs.6,000-Rs.8,000/- pm (Travelling Allowances) + Dearness Allowances + PF/ESIC + Medical Insurance + Life insurance.
