Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for a full sales cycle, focusing on acquiring new advertising clients, brands, agencies, and businesses to utilize our cinema advertising inventory (on-screen, in-lobby, digital displays, etc.). This role is perfect for a talented individual looking to build a successful career in B2B sales and media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Actively prospect and cold-call new clients across various industries (Retail, F&B, Education, Auto, etc.) to pitch cinema advertising opportunities.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently strive to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Pitch & Presentation: Conduct compelling sales presentations to demonstrate how cinema advertising can help clients achieve their marketing objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong initial relationships with Marketing Managers, Business Owners, and Media Buyers.
  • Proposal Development: Create customized advertising packages and proposals based on client needs and budget.
  • Market Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with local market trends, competitive advertising rates, and new film releases to advise clients effectively.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field is preferred.
  • Attitude: Highly energetic, resilient, and target-oriented with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; must be confident in making cold calls and face-to-face presentations.
  • Drive: Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn the nuances of the media and cinema industry.
  • Passion: A keen interest in the media, advertising, and entertainment sectors.
