Salary: 12K to 50K + incentives

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets for the assigned area or region.
Identify potential customers and generate new business.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the sales management team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute local promotional campaigns.
Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as required.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in Hindi ,English
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
