Job Description

Role Overview: As an Area Sales Excellence Finance & Accounts (F&A) professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales finance and supply chain operations. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to ensuring operational excellence and financial integrity within the organization. Your hands-on experience in accounting systems, customer/vendor management, and coordination between depots and head office will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer and vendor accounts, which includes tasks such as reconciliation, processing credit/debit notes, and generating tax invoices. - Prepare and maintain pricelists, oversee credit limits, and monitor customer credit performance. - Collaborate with finance teams to ensure compliance with GST, TDS, TCS regulations, and handle e-way/e-invoice generation. - Monitor inventory levels across depots using WMS, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure accurate stock records are maintained. - Plan dispatch routes, manage sales returns through CNs, and handle depot finance requirements including petty cash management. - Coordinate with depots and central supply chain for material transfers and demand planning. - Assist in internal, statutory, and tax audits by providing necessary financial data and reports to auditors. - Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely filing of all reports and financial records. Support Functions: You will be responsible for addressing queries from customers and vendors promptly to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Qualification Required: - Proficiency in SAP HANA (T Codes), Tally, WMS, and Advanced Excel is essential. - Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and standard accounting procedures is required. - Experience in inventory control, commercial operations, and handling large data sets is preferred. - Excellent coordination and communication skills are necessary for effective performance in this role.
