Crunchys, a fast food restaurant chain brand pan India urgently looking for Area managers who are willing to work as a team.

Age : Between 28 to 35 (male)

Experience: QSR exp., Minimum 3 years in same field as RM

Language known: Malayalam, English, Hindi (Fluent)

Job Role

• Supervise, hire, and train employees, manage quality assurance programs, and strategize process improvements.
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Purchased materials, plan monitor the inventory
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service

Skills

• Established work experience as Area Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Problem solver and good decision maker in independently
• Experience budgeting and forecasting
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
