Role Overview: As an Area Manager, your role will involve utilizing your abilities in written comprehension, oral comprehension, deductive reasoning, speech clarity, and oral expression to effectively communicate and understand information and ideas. Your primary responsibilities will include thinking creatively, coaching and developing others, establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships, communicating with supervisors, peers, or subordinates, and selling or influencing others.
