Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and business partners. 2. Team Management & Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate branch managers and loan officers to achieve business objectives. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide necessary support to improve efficiency. Ensure staff adherence to company policies, processes, and customer service standards. 3. Operations & Compliance: Ensure smooth branch operations and adherence to gold loan processing guidelines. Monitor and control non-performing assets (NPA) and ensure timely collections. Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and internal policies related to gold loans. Conduct audits and risk assessments to minimize fraud and financial risks. 4. Customer Relationship Management: Improve customer experience by ensuring timely loan processing and service delivery. Address customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution. Develop retention strategies for existing customers and referral programs for new acquisitions. 5. Reporting & Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as loan disbursements, collections, and revenue. Prepare and present reports on business performance, market trends, and operational challenges. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
