As an Area Manager for B2B Mutual Funds at IC Moneymart, your role involves overseeing and expanding the distribution network in Burdwan and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Mutual Fund Distribution (MFD) and a successful track record in managing B2B relationships, onboarding IFAs, and achieving sales targets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and expand the IFA network in the assigned region. - Identify and onboard mutual fund distributors, sub-brokers, RIAs, and other investment professionals. - Ensure activation, training, and performance management of channel partners. - Drive mutual fund product penetration and AUM growth through the B2B channel. - Organize and conduct product training, investor awareness programs (IAPs), and partner engagement activities. - Maintain strong relationships with AMCs and internal teams. - Ensure compliance with SEBI and regulatory guidelines. - Track sales performance and prepare MIS and reports for management. **Key Requirements:** - Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related fields. - Minimum 5 years of experience in mutual fund distribution, preferably in a B2B/IFA management role. - Profound understanding of mutual fund products, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a network of local IFAs or mutual fund partners. - Result-oriented, self-driven, and capable of handling targets independently. - AMFI/NISM certification is mandatory.,
