As the leader of the Oxygen Free Copper & Alloy Plant, your role is crucial in ensuring the plant's success and meeting business objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the plant's performance, including production, quality, maintenance, and safety. Your strategic leadership will be essential in delivering high-quality products efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Operational excellence:** Lead all plant operations to ensure consistent production of high-quality oxygen-free copper and alloy products. - **Strategic direction:** Define and implement the plant's strategic roadmap to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. - **Team leadership:** Mentor and inspire a diverse team of professionals from various departments to drive operational success. - **Budget and financial management:** Develop and manage the plant's budget to optimize resource allocation and control costs effectively. - **Safety & quality assurance:** Promote a culture of safety and operational discipline while ensuring adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement efforts. - **Stakeholder engagement:** Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve business goals. **Qualifications and Experience:** - **Education:** Bachelors degree in Engineering (Metallurgical, Mechanical, or Chemical). - **Experience:** 12+ years of experience in continuous process or heavy manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Direct experience in metallurgical processes, particularly continuous casting and hot rolling, is required. - **Skills:** Profound knowledge of metallurgical processes, quality systems, and advanced process control. - **Certifications:** Master Black Belt or other advanced Lean/Six Sigma certification would be a significant advantage.,
