  • Review of account allocations and collections targets of 60+ bucket cases
  • Responsible for collection efficiency in 61 to 90 and 90+ NPA reduction.
  • Formulation of bucket-wise collection strategies
  • Track & control 61 to 90 Bucket as Potential NPA cases and roll forward be to maintained as per company norms
  • Settlement waiver accounts has to be taken approval and have to follow up to closure.
  • Ensuring process adherence & RCU compliance
