Job Description:

We are inviting applications for the role of Area Business Manager (ABM) to lead and develop operations in strategic territories within Chandigarh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business operations across key districts including:
• Chandigarh:
• Chandigarh, Panchkula, Bhatinda, Moga, Patiala
• Responsible for appointing and managing stockists in each HQ.
• Build and induct a high-performing sales team across assigned territories.
• Drive monthly sales targets and ensure 100% field force productivity.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists and key stakeholders.
• Implement marketing strategies and ensure effective brand presence in assigned areas.Candidate Requirements:
• Experience in Dermatology or Cosmetology segment is mandatory.
• Must have extensive experience and knowledge of the applied region (Chandigarh).
• Proven track record in sales leadership and team management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

Experience:

• dermatology: 2 years (Required)
• pharma: 3 years (Required)
