The role of a Territory/Area Manager in the ARB Crop Loans sector involves leading a team of Relationship Managers to oversee and expand the customer portfolio specifically in the Crop Loans sector (KCC). Your responsibilities include overseeing interest and NPA collections within the assigned area, monitoring accounts to prevent delinquencies, maintaining portfolio hygiene, ensuring timely closure of post-disbursement deferrals, and implementing proper security measures. Additionally, you will be tasked with strengthening relationships with existing customers by cross-selling additional asset and third-party products, managing the renewal of existing loans, and collaborating with Credit and Legal teams to address customer requirements and manage disbursements. To enhance operational efficiency, you will need to monitor processes closely and suggest improvements based on ground realities and market trends. As a successful candidate, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in relationship management and strong leadership abilities. Knowledge of the local market will be advantageous, and a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in rural or crop loans is preferred.
