Job Description

Role & responsibilities Feasibility and Massing Layouts: Prepare feasibility studies in the form of massing layouts to maximize the potential of the plot in terms of Floor Space Index (FSI) and saleable area. Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to explore optimal design solutions. Data Collection and Coordination: Collect and verify essential data such as topographical surveys, land demarcation, and zoning plans from the liaisoning architect. Ensure all technical information is available in proper CAD formats and supported by accurate physical survey drawings. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all architectural inputs comply with municipal and statutory approvals. Maintain a comprehensive repository of all necessary approvals and documents related to development norms and local building bye-laws. Site Visits and Validation: Conduct regular site visits to verify on-ground conditions and match them with provided drawings and reports. Coordinate closely with the principal architect to validate the accuracy of information shared by the liaisoning architect. Liaison and Communication: Act as a key interface between internal design teams, external consultants, and regulatory authorities. Facilitate smooth communication and alignment between all stakeholders involved in the architectural design and planning process. Preferred candidate profile B.Arch / M.Arch with 18 yrs to 30 Yrs of experience in Architect Senior profile. etc.
