We're Hiring!

Aedium Design is seeking an experienced BIM Lead / BIM Architect with expertise in architectural BIM modeling and GFC drawings for Revit projects. If you have hands-on experience delivering high-rise residential GFC drawings at LOD 350 in BIM, we want to hear from you.

? Role Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Architectural BIM modeling (LOD 350)
• Expertise in producing GFC drawings for high-rise residential projects
• Must be capable of leading the BIM Modeling independently and taking ownership of BIM deliverables
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Autocad & ACC for architecture projects
• Ability to coordinate with other disciplines
• Manage BIM workflows as per the company standards
• Qualification: B.Arch / Civil Engineer / Equivalent technical degree
• Good communication and team coordination skills

Note: Candidates with only scan-to-BIM experience will not be eligible.
