The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of professional experience in creating visually appealing and structurally sound 3D building elevations for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.---Key Responsibilities:Design high-quality 3D elevations for various architectural projects (residential, commercial, institutional, etc.)Collaborate with architectural teams, interior designers, and clients to finalize elevation concepts.Create realistic 3D renders and walkthroughs using tools like SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar software.Work from 2D architectural drawings or rough sketches to develop 3D exterior designs.Ensure that elevation designs align with project specifications, local regulations, and aesthetic goals.Modify designs based on client feedback and site requirements.Maintain project deadlines and deliverables with high levels of accuracy and creativity.---Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural elevation design and rendering.Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering tools like:SketchUpAutoCADLumion / V-Ray / 3ds Max / EnscapeRevit (optional but preferred)Good understanding of building materials, design trends, and structural principles.Ability to visualize, communicate, and present ideas effectively.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.---Preferred Qualifications:Experience with landscape and facade design.Basic knowledge of construction drawings.Exposure to sustainable and modern architectural styles.---Benefits:Competitive salary based on experienceOpportunity to work on diverse projectsFlexible work hours (if applicable)Career development and training opportunities
