Architectural Intern

As an intern or contractual/temporary employee, your role will involve supporting the design process by assisting in concept development, space planning, and 3D modeling. You will also be responsible for creating and updating CAD drawings, including floor plans, sections, and elevations. In addition, you will play a crucial role in developing presentation materials such as mood boards, material boards, and client presentations. This will involve showcasing your creativity and attention to detail. Your duties will also include accompanying team members on site visits to support site measurements, inspections, and progress documentation. Furthermore, you will assist in material research by sourcing materials, finishes, and furnishings to meet project requirements. Client interaction will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will help with client meetings and gather feedback for presentation refinement.
