Role Overview: As an Architectural Draftsman (CAD) at SK Architects in Kannur, Kerala, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality architectural drawings for a diverse range of projects, including hospitality, healthcare, public infrastructure, and cultural institutions. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural drafting, you will be responsible for creating detailed 2D drawings, developing 3D models, and coordinating with design and project teams to ensure the integration of various design elements. Key Responsibilities: - Create detailed 2D drawings and develop 3D models for a variety of projects. - Coordinate with design and project teams to integrate different design elements. - Prepare accurate working drawings and documentation for construction using AutoCAD. - Contribute to the creation of layouts for site development, floor plans, and interior detailing. - Maintain drawing documentation and ensure timely submission of drawings. - Incorporate design revisions and site changes as directed by the principal architect or project architect. Qualifications Required: - Diploma or ITI in Architecture/Civil Draftsmanship. - Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D mandatory) and basic knowledge of Revit or SketchUp.
