About the Company:

Sambhav Group is a reputed real estate developer known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Draughtsman with experience in architectural and municipal drawing preparation for real estate development projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design accuracy and compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
• Develop 3D models and visualizations for client presentations using SketchUp or similar tools.
• Revise drawings based on site feedback, consultant inputs, and client requirements.
• Assist in preparing construction documents, working drawings, and BOQs for residential and commercial projects.
• Support the site execution team with technical drawings, clarifications, and updates as required.
• Prepare and manage municipal approval drawings and documentation for submissions to local authorities.
• Conduct site visits to verify drawing implementation, capture redlines, and issue as-built drawings post completion.
• Perform BMC site surveys and ensure drawings comply with municipal and regulatory norms.
• Prepare MHADA working drawings and maintain tenant lists for approval and redevelopment projects.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, building codes, and municipal standards (BMC / MHADA).
• Ability to interpret and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / ITI in Civil or Architectural Draftsmanship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architecture (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Draughtsman in a Real Estate Developer Firm (residential and redevelopment projects preferred).
