Architectural Draftsperson

As an Architectural Draftsman at our design and execution team, your role involves preparing accurate technical drawings, detailed plans, and construction documentation based on design concepts provided by architects and engineers. You will need proficiency in drafting software, a strong understanding of construction standards, and the ability to coordinate with different stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare 2D/3D architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and working drawings as per project requirements. - Develop detailed construction documentation, including joinery details, electrical layouts, plumbing, and finishing schedules. - Convert conceptual sketches and design inputs from architects into precise CAD drawings. - Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to incorporate technical details. - Maintain drawing records, revisions, and project documentation systematically. - Assist in site measurements, surveys, and preparation of as-built drawings. - Support the project team during design development, approvals, and execution stages. Qualification Required: - Diploma in a related field is preferred. - Minimum 1 year of working experience is preferred.
