Architectural Draftsman

As an Architectural Draftsman at Arch Realty in Fort, Mumbai, your role will involve creating and revising architectural drawings & GFC Drawings. Your day-to-day tasks will include drafting and modifying drawings based on project requirements, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring that all drawings are precise and comply with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Proficiency in creating Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings - Experience in Architecture and Planning - Strong Drawing skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work on-site in Mumbai - Relevant certifications and/or a degree in Architecture or a related field - Knowledge of CAD and other architectural drafting software In this role, you will be responsible for preparing working drawings & details, planning & detailed drawings, technical co-ordination drawings of structural, MEP & approval, area statements & calculation, presentation drawings & Master layouts, RERA & MOFA carpet area calculation, preparing design presentation, conceptual 3D massing, elevations, and any similar type of drawings/work required.,
