This role is central to the smooth day-to-day functioning of our firm, ensuring efficiency across accounts, operations, and HR support. Key Responsibilities: Accounts : Daily bookkeeping, invoice management, expense tracking, and coordinating with clients/vendors for payments. ⚙ Operations : Managing office administration, project documentation, and supporting smooth workflow across departments. HR Works : Attendance & leave management, maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment and onboarding, and supporting employee welfare activities. Day-to-Day Coordination : Ensuring timely communication, task follow-ups, and operational support for the architecture team. What We’re Looking For: Graduate in Accounts/Commerce/Business Administration (or equivalent experience). Good knowledge of MS Office & basic accounting software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and take initiative in a fast-paced work environment. Previous experience in an architecture, construction, or design firm will be an added advantage.
