Architectural Designer

Role Overview: You will be joining Offshore 365 as an Architectural Designer with 14 years of experience, specializing in estimation and proficient in ArchiCAD. Your role will involve developing detailed architectural drawings, reviewing and interpreting drawings for design and estimation purposes, preparing cost estimates, ensuring compliance with USA & Australian building codes, collaborating with project managers and suppliers, supporting cost optimization, and participating in virtual project reviews. Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed architectural drawings & documentation using ArchiCAD & AutoCAD. - Review and interpret drawings for both design & estimation purposes. - Prepare cost estimates (materials, labor, equipment, overheads) and perform take-offs. - Ensure compliance with USA & Australian building codes and standards. - Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers for accurate deliverables. - Support cost optimization and value-engineering during the design phase. - Collaborate directly with international clients and participate in virtual project reviews.
