The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling residential apartments, building client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell residential apartment projects to prospective buyers through site visits, calls, online platforms, and promotional events. Generate and follow up on leads through digital marketing, property portals, and personal network. Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site tours. Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documents. Maintain and update customer databases and sales reports. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with marketing teams to organize promotional activities, exhibitions, and open houses. Provide after-sales support and coordinate with the CRM/operations team to ensure smooth handover.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Incharge (Interior Projects) to oversee and manage all on-site activities for our interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality execution of interior works as per approved drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision: Oversee daily execution of interior works (civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.) Monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to timelines Ensure implementation as per approved design, drawings, and BOQs Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams Ensure availability of materials and tools as required on-site Project Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly progress reports Update management on project milestones and delays, if any Monitor and control wastage of materials and ensure site discipline Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure work quality meets prescribed standards Enforce site safety measures and guidelines Client & Consultant Coordination: Attend site meetings with clients/consultants Assist in solving on-site technical issues and design clarifications Handover: Prepare snag lists and ensure completion of rectifications Assist in final inspection and project handover
