Roles & Responsibilities

Design & Concept Development

• Develop architectural concepts, space planning, and design layouts for residential and commercial projects.
  
• Prepare schematic designs, mood boards, and visually strong design presentations.
  
• Translate client requirements and project briefs into functional and aesthetic design solutions.
  

Architectural Drawings & Documentation

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
  
• Produce construction documentation compliant with NBC, local municipal norms, and applicable codes.
  
• Maintain accuracy and clarity in all technical documentation.
  

3D Modeling & Visualization

• Create high-quality 3D models, rendered views, and walkthroughs for presentations.
  
• Work with tools such as SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, and Lumion to visualize design concepts.
  

Coordination & Project Execution Support

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants to ensure integrated design output.
  
• Assist site teams, vendors, and contractors with design interpretations and clarifications.
  
• Support senior architects with approvals, submissions, and client presentations.
  

Quality & Delivery

• Ensure timely delivery of design outputs as per project schedules.
  
• Incorporate design revisions and feedback efficiently.
  
• Uphold high design standards and attention to detail throughout project stages.

Preferred candidate profile

Professional Skills

• Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch required; M.Arch preferred).
  
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in designing and visualizing residential and commercial projects.
  
• Strong proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  Adobe Photoshop

• Working knowledge of

  Revit
