Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic UX & UI Architect to lead the design of user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role is responsible for shaping the overall information architecture, crafting intuitive user journeys, and building scalable UI systems that enhance usability, engagement, and consistency. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders to ensure every digital interaction is seamless and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

UX Architecture

Lead user research activities including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and persona creation.

Develop detailed user journey maps, workflows, and task flows based on research insights.

Define and maintain logical information architecture, including content hierarchy and navigation.

Design wireframes, low/high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive flows.

Analyse user feedback and usage metrics to inform continuous design improvement.

UI Architecture

Develop and maintain scalable UI design systems and component libraries.

Define and document visual standards: typography, colour schemes, spacing, iconography, etc.

Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and accessibility (WCAG) standards.

Collaborate with development teams for seamless design handoff and front-end implementation.

Create responsive design patterns for cross-device compatibility (mobile, tablet, desktop).

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product Managers to align design solutions with business goals.

Partner with developers to ensure feasibility and quality in implementation.

Facilitate design workshops, critiques, and stakeholder presentations.

Required Skills & Experience.

5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years of rigours experience in an architectural or systems-level design role.

Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in UX strategy, wireframing, and UI system design.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, InVision.

Experience with design systems, responsive design, and component-based architecture.

Solid understanding of information architecture principles and user-centered design.

Familiarity with front-end development processes and tools like Zeplin, Storybook, or Figma Inspect.

Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

B.Arch

M.Arch

Any other specialization in above upper qualifications with proven track record is preferred.
