Architect/Project Coordinator

As an Architectural Project Manager in Goa, your role involves collaborating with the design team to ensure luxury aesthetics, functionality, and compliance with local regulations. Your key responsibilities include: - Collaborating with the design team to develop detailed architectural plans and drawings. - Reviewing and refining architectural designs based on project requirements and client feedback. - Coordinating with internal teams and external consultants to integrate architectural design with the overall project. - Overseeing construction progress to ensure design integrity and adherence to architectural plans. - Liaising with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality execution of architectural elements. - Conducting site inspections to ensure construction activities align with design specifications and quality standards. - Ensuring compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations. - Working closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the project. - Assisting in developing project budgets and managing architectural and design-related expenditures. - Identifying project risks and design challenges early and developing solutions to mitigate these issues. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Project Management, or a related field. - 3-5+ years of proven experience in architectural design and project coordination, preferably in luxury real estate. - Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and project management tools. - Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
