Description

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 8-13 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with a passion for creating innovative and sustainable structures.

Responsibilities

Design and develop architectural plans and designs for various projects.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional designs.
Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and provide recommendations.
Prepare and present design proposals to stakeholders and clients.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
Ability to create detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with project management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
