Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained
Prepare and manage architectural drawings and documentation across all phases: schematic design, design development, and construction documentation
Review architectural drawings and specifications and coordinate with project Coordination to ensure alignment and resolve discrepancies
Coordinate with external consultants / architectural firms to incorporate design corrections and release Good for Construction (GFC) drawings
Participate in feasibility studies and site analysis and early-stage planning to inform design decisions
Communicate with clients, consultants, and vendors to gather requirements and resolve design-related issues
Attend project meetings and contribute to design discussions
Work closely with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated design solutions
Ensure design deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements
