Architect Support (DM/Manager) - Industrial Park

Job Description

Role Objective: To develop Architectural Design and manage timely deliverables to project management to help the Organization deliver projects to the Customers in time and Quality. Designation - Deputy Manager / Manager Position Reports to - General Manager Architecture Job Responsibilities Managing design projects from concept development through completion. Design coordination with external consultants to integrate Architectural, Structural, PEB, MEP & Faade design. Design Coordination with internal teams Structure, MEP, Faade, Business, Leasing, Marketing and Liaison. Conduct weekly review meeting with all consultants to co-ordinate & resolve conflict area for fast driving project. Frequent site visits and meeting with site team to resolve all the queries at site. Timely management of Design deliverables as per project execution strategy. Requirement B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture Good hands on experience on design development and management for a Warehousing/Industrial Park/Logistics Park project. Having good drafting & presentation skill to prepare technical proposal for Clients. Proficiency in software programs - AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Photoshop and sketch up. Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.(PMRDA, MIDC, UDCPR, EC, MPCB) Knowledge of Master planning, grading, and Infrastructure Services. Excellent creative and visualization skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
