Designing of Residential houses, commercial buildings, showrooms, Interiors, landscape Should be good at creating new designs, develop futuristic concepts Producing detailed workings, drawings and specifications Specify the nature and quality of materials required Coordination with contractors Developing ideas with the clients Approve drawings prepared by draftsmen Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction Ensuring that the environmental impact of the project is limited Above all ensuring that the building is sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing. Visit sites on a periodic basis Should have knowledge of by-laws Should be able to provide Sanction plan drawings Should be able to handle a team of 4-5 designers Should have good experience of having worked in a Architect firm Confident to handle clients and vendors  Required skill set: Autocad, Google Sketchup, Photoshop, MS office, English – Read, write and speak, Kannada – Speak
